Community Enrichment Grant
The Slow Food Middle Tennessee Community Enrichment Grant is for food-related entities, community and learning gardens, and business entrepreneurs whose work embodies our mission to promote “good, clean, and fair food for all.”
Our board will strive to select grant winners who meet a clear community need and represent diverse peoples and organization types, who will efficiently use the funds, and whose work embodies the ideals of Slow Food.
Our chapter officially launched in January of 2017. To celebrate this year’s fundraising work, we are giving away grants in increments of $250, $500 and $1000 to entrepreneurs and organizations in Middle Tennessee whose work fits with the Slow Food mission. Applicants might include farmers, food truck owners, restaurateurs, food shop owners, school and community garden coordinators, etc.
